Congrats to Space Cow, an Asmodee studio, for receiving awards at the FLIP - Festival Ludique International de Parthenay (FLIP).  🏆 👻Mysterium Kids, a game from Yves Hirschfeld Yves and Antonin Boccara, with enchanting illustrations by Olivier Danchin and created in collaboration with LIBELLUD  and 🐰 Chou y es-tu, designed by Xavier Violeau and illustrated by Seppyo (Mélanie) Bardin both received EDUCAFLIP 2024 trophies! These trophies are awarded to games that have a significant educational potential and can be played in both school and home settings by elementary school children. Fun fact: Space Cow tests their games in schools and kindergartens. At Asmodee, we place the players at the heart of the creative process, believing games can have a societal impact, specifically kids’ games are a fantastic tool for developing new skills and learning while having fun with friends, parents, or classmates. 🚀 Having these 2 games awarded is a great recognition by the jury made of sector professionals, educators and teachers to our dedicated team of Space Cow creating fantastic games for our little Earthlings.

#GameInLab our research program led by our CSR team is contributing to the recognition and visibility of board games in our goal to bring people together. Earlier this year, our very own Dr Léa Martinez, PhD published her thesis “Effects of playing board games on cognitive functioning: from adolescence to adulthood” where more details can be found here: https://lnkd.in/e442DMa9. A new map collection edition of Ticket to Ride: Iberia and South Korea from Days of Wonder, an Asmodee studio, will be available from tomorrow, June 28th! 🚂 Players will embark on a train journey through Portugal and Spain, with each stop echoing the rhythm of the local celebrations, or cross South Korea by night, following a unique distribution of routes. Aaaaooooooh🌕🐺 What a year for Werewolves of Miller’s Hollow! The love for our game keeps on growing, CANAL Group, the main French Pay TV channel, just revealed their teaser for an upcoming TV gameshow based on our successful game where 13 contestants will take part in a real-life version of the game. Narrated by Mister V, created by Fary and Panayotis Pascot we’re sure it will be a blast! What’s your best memory of playing the game with friends and family?
