Many of you know me as the QGIS tech guy who walks the floor at mining events to push his "always experimental" drillhole data viz plugin (https://lnkd.in/ewTqc3wx).
Well, after 18 months of hard work, now that OpenLog is just about to move from beta to official release, despite having signed actual service contracts, and put together a consortium, last minute red tape precludes the success of our gov loan applications to inane support letters to make our case that, in fact, OpenLog is relevant to the mining industry.
These letters are nothing more than a statement of interest with no legal traction of any sort, yet they are surprisingly difficult to attain.
