🌿 Advancy New York Team was delighted to take part in a Climate Fresk USA workshop, a science-based team play around climate change! 💡 The workshop hinted at raising climate awareness among our consultants in #NYC, empowering them to take action at an individual level. It provided them with the tools to be even more relevant on ESG strategies! ♻️ #ESG and decarbonation is an important lever we develop with our clients to help them gain a new competitive advantage or simply stay in the arena. Most industrial companies will need to curb their carbon emissions to contain temperature increases. In November, Advancy was delighted to organize two events with the talented CentraleSupélec students! 👉 On November 15, we welcomed 35 students for an exciting session in our Parisian headquarters. Florent Chapuis opened the evening with a presentation of our firm, Tancrède de Guigné, a CentraleSupélec student in his final year of internship at Advancy shared his experience as a consultant, Ulysse THUILLIER, Guillaume Serrano and Samuel Coquereau led an interactive session on the case study exercise and answered to all of our guests’ questions. We then pursued our lively discussions over a cocktail 🍸. 👉 On November 28, we were thrilled to organize a dinner between CentraleSupélec students and CentraleSupélec Alumni working at Advancy, to get to know each other better and give the students insiders’ tips for a successful career in consulting. #HEC we&men 🌟 Yesterday evening, Advancy was very proud and honored to sponsor a fabulous evening with HEC we&men (new name of HEC Alumni - HEC Au Féminin) to celebrate 50 years of gender diversity at HEC Paris with HEC Alumni, commemorating the school officially becoming coed.    Laurence-Anne Parent, Partner, Irène Lequoy, Anna HSIEH, Managers and Céline Masieri senior consultant at Advancy were delighted to attend the event wonderfully hosted by Helene Bourbouloux, President at HEC Alumni - HEC Au Féminin and FHBX, Hedwige Chevrillon (BFMTV), Adrien Couret, President at HEC Alumni, Éloïc Peyrache, Dean & General Director at HEC Paris, in the presence of 3 Ministers : Roland Lescure (Minister for Industry), Agnès Pannier-Runacher (Minister for Ecological Transition), Bérangère Couillard (Minister for Gender Equality)   🚀 This event was the opportunity to look back at how far HEC has come in 50 years and the progress made in terms of gender equality and at the challenges we must still face.  The HEC community got to share and sign its commitments for the next fifty years!   At Advancy, gender diversity is a top priority, within a consulting industry where parity is still not achieved.

Nathalie nous a partagé avec pointe d’humour et franchise les événements qui ont marqué sa carrière et les leçons qu’elle en tire. Elle évoque l’importance d’apprendre de ses échecs, le syndrome de la bonne élève et la question de l’épanouissement et du choix. Nous avons également parlé « verre », entre « plafond », « falaise », et « pyramide»… filer la métaphore nous a fait sourire, mais souligne l’importance de parler de ces sujets.
