About 300 grams per cover – that's the average amount of food waste generated in our hotels daily. Committed to meeting the UN's requirement, we are determined to at least halving it by 2030. Our strategy encompasses cutting-edge AI solutions, menu innovation, kitchen teams training, and fostering changes in our guests' habits. With a global network of over 5,600 hotels and a yearly provision of 200 million meals, we acknowledge our significant role in the shift towards a sustainable food model, and this transformation begins with a substantial reduction in food waste. Given the scale of this challenge, we firmly believe that collaboration is essential to maximize our impact quickly. We extend our heartfelt gratitude to all our partners, including Winnow Orbisk | Zero Food Waste, Fullsoon, Chefs Eye Tech, Too Good To Go, Lumitics and The International Food Waste Coalition, for being integral to our mission.
