🌠 We are pleased to share a significant milestone achieved at our Kirkniemi Mill in Lohja, Finland: we’ve reduced the carbon footprint of our Galerie papers range by 55%, which is expected to reach 70% by the end of 2024. This is a key step forward and a major milestone in our sustainability journey. We made significant investments to bring renewable energy and clean electricity to the mill. The knock-on effects, for our own Scope 1 and Scope 2 emissions have been enormous, but the positive effects also support our customers’ own efforts to decrease their emissions.
