Have been working as professional change leader with operational excellence and digital transformation in several industries for renowned companies such as Parker Hannifin, Valmet Technologies, and Cargotec. All of them have technology at the core and adopt business processes to outperform peers and create better efficiency. I have been working with local business cultures from Japan to Chile and used Lean practices, agile project management combined with digital technologies.
