I am management team member and responsible for building international growth for Aino Health SaaS business. Our SaaS solutions is offering digitalized support for sustainable leadership to increase work-life discussions and performance management in order to reach productivity goals.

I have been responsible for operations in global corporations and as an entrepreneur as well as in public innovation ecosystem. My capabilities are in creating and executing strategies, building innovative digital services and running sales driven operations with P&L responsibility.

I am passionate about international growth environment, technology as an enabler for business transformation and making impact. I am interested in corporate innovation, startups, international growth and disruptive technologies in telecom, financial, cleantech and health industries. I am looking for advisor and board opportunities in scalable businesses.

My approach to innovation and digitalization is lean and business and design driven. Success is built from learn and fail cycles: how to quickly build the business model, attract customers and validate the profitability of the new service offering. I believe in people, culture and teams and I lead with my own experience.

As a person and leader I am goal-oriented, clear, and straightforward doer who is willing to carry a lot of responsibility. I like to give the inspiration, motivate and lead teams and individuals for professional growth.

I have Master of Econ. and have had a long career in corporations as recognized innovation driver and execution focused and independent global project leader in all the continents. I have also experience in running design oriented business for 5 years as an entrepreneur with 10 employees and 80 sales persons, and passion for digital marketing and leadership of the teams.

I am also interested in advisory and board positions in professional, committed growth potential teams which have clear strategy and capability to sell the innovative concepts to customers in international market.
