Starting from the left: Camilla Heikkilä oversees that every detail agreed in your booking will be realized aboard the ship.   Mathias Hagert acquires new and manages existing accounts in Sweden. From first contact to post-travel feedback, he follows through every booking.    Jani Västi has the similar role in Finland. You can meet them both at B2B events and trade fairs, too.   Niina Jansson leads the team and is in charge of partnership deals with visit organizations, travel agencies and corporate customers.   Beata Schöring makes sure that our customer service is resourced to answer any question our passengers may ask by phone, e-mail or chat. Travel sustainably in the Vaasa region 🌍 We're happy to share the news that Visit Vaasa has received the Sustainable Travel Finland (STF) label. A regional destination can receive the label when over 50 percent of international tourism providers in its operating area have passed sustainability requirements set by Visit Finland. Wasaline received the label in March. There is also another reason to raise a toast to Visit Vaasa today: it's their 10th birthday. Congratulations!

To thank the participants of Leader groups, Aktion Österbotten invited them on a cruise aboard Aurora Botnia. The trip started as a conference and culminated in a gala where the best agricultural/rural initiatives were awarded. The customer didn't have previous experience in planning such a large event. It has been a few months since we opened the automated gates to our cargo customers. We are delighted to see more and more trucks driving up to the kiosk and checking in in less than 30 seconds.
