One exciting event, two sides of the world – last night, our studio came together for a UDC themed afterwork, as we cheered our studio's speaker Isaque Sanches taking the stage miles away in Canada. 🎤 Now you might wonder, what’s UDC? Ubisoft Developers Conference is a global internal conference at Ubisoft, taking place annually in Montreal. At UDC, developers from Ubisoft studios around the globe have the chance to network, share knowledge, present interesting talks, and discuss the latest innovations in a variety of fields in game development. The talks are streamed online internally, and we were looking forward to Isaque’s game design-focused talk. We could sense the speakers’ enthusiasm and the event buzz on-site all the way here in Helsinki. ✨ Coincidentally, the day before happened to be Laskiainen, or Shrove Tuesday, in Finland… and you know what that means?
