We had such a great and productive time at the PHEMS f2f meeting in always-buzzy London! 🐝 Greeted with a warm welcome from Mat Shaw (Great Ormond Street Hospital for Children NHS Foundation Trust CEO) and Andrew Taylor, we dove into everything PHEMS. And it was very productive! We aligned our strategies, shared our progress, and planned the next steps to bring these innovative solutions to life. The energy and enthusiasm from all the partners made it a truly collaborative and successful event. 🩸April 17th is World Hemophilia Day🩸 🧑🏻⚕️ Hemophilia is a rare disease and is one of three real-life use cases in the the PHEMS project. 👨🏽💻 Led by researchers at Erasmus MC, we will be developing and testing a machine learning-based prediction algorithm to improve treatment for pediatric patients with hemophilia A or B. 🌍 Our objective is to help improve care not only for children and young people in PHEMS hospitals but for children throughout Europe and around the world.
