We’re about building programs that make an impact. But how do we measure this? Through feedback of course. We rely on it. The train-the-trainer phase of #AITides has finished. 28 dedicated representatives from 14 social economy organisations from across Europe have completed the Elements of AI for Business course, designed by MinnaLearn with support from Google.org. We are thrilled to announce our new initiative, AI Tides, designed to empower 600 social entrepreneurs across Europe with essential AI knowledge. This program, a collaboration with INCO and supported by Google.org, aims to bridge the AI skills gap, enabling entrepreneurs to scale their impact-driven businesses. AI Tides builds on the success of the Elements of AI course, providing hands-on experience and practical AI applications. Participants will emerge with validated business prototypes, ready to address critical societal challenges. This initiative marks a significant step toward integrating technology and social entrepreneurship for a better future. Link in comments!

Last week we had the honor of welcoming the national partners of Elements of AI to our hometown of Helsinki, Finland! During the day we heard presentation on teaching AI from K-12 to grey and got to experience a social media simulator used in-class. What a privilege to have been at the 11th Edition of INCO's Impact² event, with this year's theme focusing on the transformative potential of artificial intelligence. A special highlight for me was the Social Tides side-event moderated by Mathieu Planchard. Participants from our Grow AI accelerator funded by Google.org engaged in knowledge-sharing discussions with experts on topics like fundraising, overview on the EU policy landscape of AI for good, AI skills development and measuring impact through AI. Yesterday I was awarded the certificate of AI Teaching Champion. 🥳 What a joy to be part of this group of Champions.
