This is the talk I wish I’d heard when I moved to Finland 🇫🇮 On Monday, November 11, I’ll be speaking at the “New in Helsinki” event, organized by International House Helsinki and the Helsingin kaupunki – Helsingfors stad – City of Helsinki 🌍 Moving to Finland in 2020 and building my life here from 0 was tough. I faced some serious "expectation vs. reality" moments and often felt overwhelmed. Fast forward to today, I’m recognized as one of the top voices on Finnish LinkedIn and working at one of Finland’s largest companies, KONE. At the “New in Helsinki” event, I’ll be talking about how to embrace being different - something I think many can relate to.
