Not gonna lie, I was a little dubious. The thought of creating games on your phone seemed a bit like a toy. I mean, real games are built on desktop, right...? After diving into the HypeHype Inc. editor properly for the first time this last couple of weeks has me blown away on how the team has made it so easy to create custom characters, game levels and complex systems right from my phone and tablet. // Desktop versions are equally awesome too btw 🔥 So just for funzies, this video is some snippets from my WIP learning prototype project and whilst it's still early days, I've had a ton of fun so far! It's so great to get back to doing something creative, I can't tell you and HypeHype makes it so easy for non coders like me 😊 Interestingly, often to relax in the evening I'd fire up some cosy, easy game on the iPad to kick back with but now I'm pulled to launching my game build and tinkering around on a level or particle effect or something. I can wait to start recording some game design tutorials based on the simple game I've been creating with our in-house editor expert and Community Manager Juuso Pekkarinen. The pixel art editor I've been developing in HypeHype Inc. is now out! Now creators using HypeHype can create pixel art characters, animations, props and more using only their mobile phones and tablets. Chill in cafe -> draw a character -> drop it into your game -> immediately see results and keep iterating. That's what HypeHype's about ^^. Below's a super small demo I've cooked up in a weekend:
