In this role your three main responsibility areas are: Category Strategy Development – You will develop and implement comprehensive category and marketing strategies aligned with our overall business objectives. You analyze market trends, consumer insights and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities and possible threats. You will be conducting market researches and defining target audiences and segments tailoring them to reach each group effectively. Campaign Management – You will plan, execute, and oversee multi-channel marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media platforms and make a strategic customer campaign planning in close operation with our country sales team. Monitoring and analyzing campaign performances is also a part of your area of responsibility. Assortment planning – You manage the product assortment within the category, including selection, introduction of new products and discontinuation of underperforming items at the customer interface and ensure that the assortment meets customer needs and preferences. In addition to these main areas you will work closely with our customers building a strong relationship and offering your expertise and recommendations in trade marketing, assortment and space management to secure a category growth. Last week, we visited one of the associations with Best Friend team to learn more about how their operations & work they are doing fo the animal welfare. Djurskyddet Nyköping Finntorps Katthem welcomed us with open arms and showed us around their facilities where the cats live. We have put together lovely cat and dog product packages in our warehouse, which will be delivered through Hope Ry Kuopio and Kuopion Ruoka-Apy Ry. to those families in the Kuopio area, who need help. We collected a total of 200 packages for 200 families since we want to do our part to wish a happy Christmas season to all pets and their families! ❤️ Together we can help, after all, Christmas is a time to take care of others.
