We are looking for an experienced People Data & Analytics Specialist to join our HRIS team in Barcelona.

This role requires a solid background in reporting and data analytics in HR area, with experience in Workday and Power BI. Your main mission will be to elevate decision-making within Criteo’s People organization by developing and implementing advanced analytical tools.

You will also play a key role on Workday integrations and security, in close collaboration with our Internal IT’s team.

What you’ll do

Business Partnering on People reporting, including guidelines & training

  • Partner with stakeholders (Talent Acquisition, Total Rewards, Diversity Equity & Inclusion, Talent Management, People Operations, Finance, etc.) to understand, advise and deliver metrics and dashboards considering security and user experience, in Workday and Power BI
  • Provide technical advice on projects related to or impacting employee data collecting and analysis
  • Develop and maintain data analytics solutions in Workday (standard & advanced reports, dashboards, worksheet and Discovery Boards), and in Power BI
  • Ensure appropriate configuration documentation, end-users' guidelines and training are in place for the different stakeholders
  • Promote usage of existing reports through business partnering (touchpoint, communications, training, continuous optimization…)
  • Stay up-to-date on trends and technologies in Corporate and employee data analytics


Workday configuration, tests & maintenance

  • Implement, test, and maintain system configurations in Workday for domains related to reporting, integrations, and security, in collaboration with a team of 4 HRIS team members, 1 Workday Product Owner in Internal IT’s team, and AMS Support Mercer
  • Participate in Workday major releases, identifying impact/enhancement opportunities associated with new release features/functionality, and performing non-regression testing
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on Workday reporting and integrations, share best practices and knowledge with other team members
  • Connect with the Workday network, stay up to date with Workday updates and enhancements, and evaluate their applicability to Criteo
  • Continuously seek opportunities to optimize and enhance Workday’s configuration to drive efficiency and improve the user experience


Data Management & security

  • Champion self-service data and reports, including support on data analytics and interpretation
  • Produce reporting and analytics for the People Leadership team
  • Actively support data quality and integrity through data entry process and data audits
  • Work with Internal IT team on creating and maintaining employee data catalogue in Microsoft Purview
  • Ensure access to correctly to ensure specific employee populations have access to relevant reporting needs
  • Ensure data governance standards are implemented consistently and aligned with data protection regulations such as GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).


Who You Are:

  • Solid HRIS experience, with a minimum of 3 to 5 years’ experience in Workday reporting and integrations, ideally certified with Workday Pro. Good understanding of Workday business processes & security domains
  • Solid understanding of HR metrics and analytics
  • Experience with a data visualization platform such as Power BI is required
  • Experience partnering with different stakeholders to understand business requirements and user needs, translating into technical and analytical solutions
  • Awareness and knowledge on data governance and data privacy
  • Integrity on handling confidential data
  • Problem-solving and communication skills
  • Fluent English for written and verbal communication
