En Windar Renovables con ánimo de incentivar la participación y la cultura preventiva de todos los trabajadores en los diferentes talleres de nuestra empresa, hemos decidido organizar concursos internos con una periodicidad trimestral. Todas las iniciativas se pueden presentar a lo largo del año y el objetivo es eliminar o minimizar los riesgos existentes en las plantas, valorando aquellas propuestas cuya implantación pueda hacerse en todos los talleres, tanto a nivel nacional como internacional. En este caso, la primera ganadora fue Beatriz Mortera Loredo, ingeniera internacional de soldadura, representante de uno de nuestros talleres en Avilés, a la que Justo Acedo Carrillo, director general de negocio le hizo entrega del premio. Su propuesta, más que interesante, propone habilitar una zona segura para la homologación de soldadores, donde cada uno de ellos pueda tener su propio habitáculo adaptado con todas las herramientas y medidas de seguridad necesarias. Para nosotros es fundamental contar con cualquier avance y mejora en términos de seguridad y salud laboral ya que las homologaciones de soldadura se hacen de manera continuada durante todo el año. ¡Gracias a todos por participar y enhorabuena Bea! 👏

🔔🆕 Navantia Seanergies - Windar Renovables construirá para Iberdrola 21 monopilotes para su parque eólico marino #Windanker en el Mar Báltico 🌊 ↪️Se trata del 4º pedido de #monopilotes para Navantia-Windar y el 2º que Iberdrola contrata al consorcio para este tipo de cimentación. ↪️Se construirán en las nuevas instalaciones que ambas empresas operan en el astillero de #Fene, A Coruña. 🏭 2️⃣1️⃣ subestructura tipo MONOPILOTE ⏱️ 420.000 horas durante 10 meses 👷🏻♀️👷🏻210 empleos entre Navantia, Windar e industria auxiliar colaboradora. 🔸84 metros de longitud 🔸10 metros de diámetro 🔸2.100 toneladas de peso 🌬️Windanker se localizará en aguas alemanas y contará con una capacidad de 𝟯𝟭𝟱 𝗠𝗪 una vez se ponga en marcha en 2026. Con este nuevo contrato demostramos nuestro loderazgo y añadimos un nuevo contrato a los ya adjudicados por un valor superior a los 1.000 millones de euros, consolidando así una relación de más de 9 años con Iberdrola con encargos para sus parques eólicos marinos en #ReinoUnido 🇬🇧, #Alemania 🇩🇪, #Francia 🇫🇷 y #EstadosUnidos 🇺🇸.

🙏 Happy to see the first commercial-scale offshore wind project in the U.S. in which we are taking part is now powering 64.000 homes! 🏠 Vineyard Wind In total, Windar Renovables will process over 30,000 tons of steel into 62 transition pieces. These units will each have a diameter of 8 meters with a maximum length of 25 meters. Expected to become fully operational in 2024, the project will: 🚗 Cut carbon emissions by 1.6M tons yearly 🏡 Produce enough power to energize 400,000 homes and businesses in MA. ⚡️Generate a capacity of 806 MW Good to see all the developments! 🔝

We also want to take this day as an opportunity to recognize and appreciate the diverse talents and achievements of our women engineers! 👉 19th Polish Wind Energy Association Conference PWEA 2024 Świnoujście, Poland PSEW2024 has concluded. 🏆 #PSEW2024 gathered over 2500 participants, resulting in hundreds of excellent meetings, inspiring conversations with business partners and friends, and a substantial amount of knowledge. 👍 With great pleasure, we had the opportunity to participate in two different talks (Windar Polska project & Windar Supply Chain) and share opinion on the challenges for the offshore market. 💙 BIG THANK YOU to The Polish Wind Energy Association👏 for the greatest organization and allowing us to squeeze as much as possible out these days with wonderful meetings!
