Providing textile waste with a second chance with Recovo. This collection is crafted from surplus fabrics that would otherwise be discarded. By repurposing these materials, we are giving them a new life and minimizing the environmental impact of producing new textiles. Trendsplant x Recovo collaboration is thought of as a long-term project, with new capsules being released over time. To help elephants, since 2020, we’ve partnered with Wild Tomorrow, a South African reserve dedicated to the conservation and recovery of endangered species by creating and protecting natural habitats. Each year, we allocate part of our 1% for the Planet commitment - which is 1% of the company's revenue (not profits) - to support their incredible work. Our collaboration with ANTONYO MAREST x Trendsplant continues. 🌴🐘 Alicante-born artist Antonyo Marest has been a friend and collaborator since 2015. We have worked together on numerous projects, always based on three pillars: our values of sustainability, an appreciation for design and art, and, of course, our beloved land, Alicante. We are introducing 'Life Pool,' inspired by late 1970s Miami, where everyone enjoyed sunbathing around the iconic pools of hotels like the Faena, Delano, and Royal Palm. We are also continuing 'Beach Hunts.' We transformed one of Antonyo's recent creations directed by Marest Studio into clothing: the lifeguard stations installed on the shores of Alicante. Our journey with SEAQUAL INITIATIVE began back in 2018, when we transitioned all our swimwear program from conventional polyester to a 100% SEAQUAL® YARN, which contains 10% SEAQUAL® MARINE PLASTIC (from plastic marine litter) and 90% post-consumer PET. This month, #SEAQUAL has published a blog post about this, our connection with the ocean and how choosing products containing SEAQUAL® MARINE PLASTIC helps clean our oceans.
