    📈 Tracking progress: Gender representation in European tech 🚀 There's been a notable increase of 2.8 percentage points in the representation of women in the tech sector since 2022. However, the European city average of women in tech remains at 30.03% in 2023. 🌟💼 Most cities have values of around 29 to 33%, but some are still farther to parity. This is the case of Bucharest (25.58%) or Zurich (26.01%). While these gains are encouraging, we must keep pushing for greater inclusion and equality.
