We were thrilled to host Frux's annual investor conference last week in the city of Tel Aviv, Israel. The turnout surpassed our expectations, with over 150 attendees, many of whom we've had the pleasure of collaborating with for years. It provided a fantastic opportunity to reunite and showcase Frux’s progress to date, as well as our ambitious future plans.   The event featured insightful presentations from speakers, including Itamar Volkov, the founder and managing partner of Frux Capital, and Sergio Rial, the newest addition to the Frux Capital board and former CEO of Grupo Santander Brasil. Their perspectives spanned a wide array of topics, from our analysis of specific market conditions and opportunities to broader global trends, all of which have significant implications for our dynamic industry.   A prevailing sense of optimism trended throughout the conference, caused by the encouraging signs of an improving macroeconomic landscape. Despite lingering uncertainties surrounding asset prices, geopolitical tensions, and inflationary pressures, it was enlightening to witness how Frux, as a key player in Spain's rapidly expanding real estate alternative debt market, is efficiently navigating the diverse challenges across various asset classes.   We extend our gratitude to everyone who attended the event and contributed to the lively discussions on the present and future of the European mid-market alternative lending sector.
