NEW CONSTRUCTION YARD IN ALGECIRAS We would like to inform you that, last May 23rd, the Board of Directors of the Port Authority of Algeciras approved the Terms and Conditions for the concession, to #DragadosOffshore, for the occupation of surface in the port facilities of Campamento (San Roque, Algeciras, Spain). The concessioned surface area is approximately 400,000 square meters, and includes the so-called Exterior Wharf of 263 meters in length, which will allow the loading and unloading of elements. Following this concession agreement, it is the Company's intention to enable this land and expand its activities by opening a new Construction Yard. In this new Yard, #DragadosOffshore will invest heavily to increase its 2GW HVDC platform construction capacity and thus consolidate its leading role in the sector. Specifically, the Lanwin 2 and Balwin 3 Projects will be built in this new Yard. We have designed a lay-out in the Yard that will allow the construction, in parallel with a one-year cadence, of two 2GW modules and that will allow the delivery of one platform each year.  It is foreseen that the Yard's enabling works will start immediately and will be developed during 2024 and 2025, so that the Yard will be ready to start its own Project works at the beginning of 2026. This Yard will be essentially an integration Yard. The prefabricated blocks will be unloaded at the Yard and the assembly of the modules that make up each 2GW platform will be carried out. This Yard is in addition to the other three that #DragadosOffshore already has in Puerto Real (Cadiz, Spain) and in Tampico and Altamira (Mexico). This new milestone represents a further step in the growth and consolidation of #DragadosOffshore to meet the needs of the wind market and, in this way, contribute significantly to the energy transition through the construction of HVDC platforms from Europe. #DragadosOffOffshore #Growth #Development #HVDCplatforms #leadingcompany.

NUEVO YARD DE CONSTRUCCION EN ALGECIRAS Queremos informaros de que, el pasado 23 de mayo, el Consejo de Administración de la Autoridad Portuaria de Algeciras aprobó el Pliego de condiciones para la concesión, a #DragadosOffshore, para la ocupación de superficie en las instalaciones portuarias de Campamento (San Roque, Algeciras, España) La superficie concesionada es de aproximadamente 400.000 metros cuadrados, e incluye el denominado Muelle Exterior de 263 metros de longitud que permitirá el embarque y desembarque de elementos. Tras este acuerdo de concesión, es intención de la Empresa habilitar estos terrenos y expandir sus actividades mediante la apertura de un nuevo Yard de Construcción. En este nuevo Yard, #DragadosOffshore realizará cuantiosas inversiones para incrementar su capacidad de construcción de plataformas HVDC de 2GW y, de esta manera, consolidar su papel de liderazgo en el sector. En concreto, en este nuevo Yard se construirán los Proyectos Lanwin 2 y Balwin 3. Hemos diseñado un lay-out en el Yard que permitirá la construcción, en paralelo con una cadencia de un año, de dos módulos de 2GW y que permitirán la entrega de una plataforma cada año. Está previsto que los trabajos de habilitación del Yard se inicien con carácter inmediato y se desarrollen durante 2024 y 2025, con objeto de que el Yard esté listo para iniciar trabajos propios de Proyecto a principios de 2026. Este Yard será, básicamente, de integración. Los bloques prefabricados se descargarán en el Yard y se realizará el montaje de los módulos que conforman cada plataforma de 2GW. 🚀 Nuevo Hito alcanzado en el proyecto BorWin5!! DRAGADOS OFFSHORE ha alcanzado exitosamente un nuevo hito en el proyecto de construcción de la Jacket de la plataforma HVDC #BorWin5, cuya ejecución continúa avanzando en las instalaciones de DRAGADOS OFFSHORE en Puerto Real, (Cádiz, España), en colaboración con Siemens Energy para nuestro cliente TenneT TSO GmbH. En esta semana se han completado con éxito los dos primeros Roll ups de la Jacket del proyecto BorWin5, por lo que ya puede contemplarse erguida desde toda la Bahía de Cádiz. La primera maniobra se realizó apenas hace una semana con el izado del “row 2” que alcanzaba unas 1.200 Tns y en el que intervinieron dos grúas de oruga y cuatro cabrestantes. Los mismos medios se utilizaron esta semana para el izado de la “row 1”, que pesaba unas 870 Tns. Colosales magnitudes para esta Jacket que junto a su correspondiente TopSide ya dominan las mejores vistas de la #BahíaDeCádiz. Próximamente se completará el armado principal de la estructura con la ejecución de los dos roll ups restantes. Este hito contribuye a seguir avanzando en la construcción de la plataforma #BorWin5. DRAGADOS OFFSHORE has successfully reached a new milestone in the construction project of the Jacket of the HVDC #BorWin5 platform, the execution of which continues to progress at the DRAGADOS OFFSHORE facilities in Puerto Real, (Cádiz, Spain) in partnership with Siemens Energy, for our client TenneT TSO GmbH. This week the first two Roll ups of the Jacket of the BorWin5 project have been successfully completed, so it can now be seen upright from the entire Bay of Cadiz. The first manoeuvre was carried out just a week ago with the lifting of "row 2" which weighed about 1,200 tonnes and involved two crawler cranes and four winches. The same means were used this week to lift "row 1", with an approximate weight of about 870 tonness. Colossal magnitudes for this Jacket which, together with its corresponding TopSide, already dominates the best views of the #BahíaDeCádiz. The main assembly of the structure will soon be completed with the execution of the two remaining roll ups. This milestone contributes to further progress in the construction of the #BorWin5 platform.
