We recently hosted our MTP Conference in Barcelona. The meet-up was an opportunity to reflect on our achievements over the past 12 months, recognise the great work our teams continue to do across our business, discuss future trends in CX and to plan for what awaits us going forward. We also took the opportunity to acknowledge three colleagues in particular (from across the business) as our CPM DNA Award Winners 2023. These individuals have regularly demonstrated our company DNA values over the past 12 months. In fact, they have lived our DNA. They were chosen and voted for by their colleagues and peers which makes the accolade all the more important. Well done to Jennifer Wood, Bernie Martin and Ivana Pavelkova. As we continue to develop a Bespoke, Boutique and Boundaryless contact centre solution for our clients, we are thrilled to announce that we have further expanded our business in the Asia Pacific (APAC) marketplace by opening a new contact centre hub in The Philippines! Being a proud part of CPM Group, we have partnered with another superb group member, Netzon Tech , to launch an exciting, modern and dynamic, purpose-built, contact centre operation in Davao, Philippines. Last week, we had the pleasure of welcoming the first of our new colleagues and getting to know them personally. Over the coming months, we will see the number of new colleagues grow substantially as we move into Phase 2 and beyond. We are delighted to see our ICC family continue to develop with pace. A huge thank you to everyone involved in helping to get our new hub up and running. We would like to offer a warm welcome to each and every one of our new team in Davao and look forward to achieving more together.
