Few months ago, we published, together with BBVA Research, the report 'European Deep Science Technologies: the time for Science Equity is now', focused on #investment in Industrial Deep Tech technologies (#DeepScience). Following the #Letta and #Draghi reports, we have delved deeper into this report, and have prepared, again together with BBVA Research, a new one called 'Global trends: Deep Science', where we exhaustively analyze the situation in the EU, also making a comparison with the US. To achieve a competitive, sustainable and resilient #EU, it is necessary to focus on technological development and disruptive innovation, especially in Industrial Deep Tech in strategic and fundamental sectors such as advanced materials, nanotechnology, industrial biotechnology or photonics. If Europe aims to sustain its leadership, it must ramp up its efforts not only in digital technologies but also in these foundational scientific and technological domains. Draghi already spoke of a critical need: “We need to be able to rely on domestic manufacturing in the most innovative and fast-growing sectors and secure a leading position in deep-tech and digital innovation that is closely integrated with our manufacturing base". 🔬🌊 ¡Gran noticia para la #sostenibilidad y la #innovación! 🌊🔬 Nos complace anunciar que Canal de Isabel II ha firmado un convenio de colaboración con nosotros, para la construcción de una planta experimental en la #depuradora de Arroyo del Soto en Móstoles. Esta planta, con una capacidad de 100.000 L/h, permitirá probar nuestra innovadora tecnología para la eliminación de #microplásticos del agua residual. Nuestra tecnología ha demostrado ser capaz de eliminar hasta el 90% de los microplásticos en ensayos a pequeña escala. Este proyecto pionero en España es un gran paso hacia un futuro más limpio y sostenible, y estamos emocionados de liderar esta iniciativa.
