🚀 New 011h features to plan construction projects more efficiently! 🏗️ At 011h, we continue to innovate with the user at the heart of our digital solutions. This week, we’re launching two powerful tools to make project management even smoother: 1️⃣ Weekly planning in the space-time diagram: Get a clear overview and precise control of every phase of your project. 2️⃣ New supplier/process-time view with a 3-week outlook: Organize spaces, like housing units, and enhance collaboration with suppliers for more efficient planning. The result: greater adoption of the methodology by contractors and clearer, more efficient communication. 🎥 See It in Action!🎥 Check out the attached video to explore these features, focusing on creating weekly planning in the first phase and then diving into daily planning with the supplier-time view. We are excited to share an update on our commitment to sustainability! Our Casernes project in Barcelona has achieved the highest possible energy certification for both energy consumption and CO2 emissions, earning a double "A" rating. 🏆 According to the Institut Català de l’Energia (ICAEN), compared to the average building in Catalonia, our building reduces emissions by 91% 🌱, final energy consumption by 87% ⚡, heating demand by 90% 🔥, and cooling demand by 30% ❄️. Additionally, the building saves an average of €3,103 annually compared to other buildings with an "A" energy rating. 🎉 We are excited to announce that in early October, we began construction on Terra Green Living Z, our 4th project and our first in Málaga, Andalusia!   This development consists of 73 rental homes across two blocks with a communal area. It will also be a European benchmark in sustainability, as it is one of only two projects selected for the More Life to Level(s) project, serving as an example of this new standardized measurement framework aligned with the European Taxonomy. Additionally, it will be certified with VERDE by the Green Building Council of Spain. 🌿🏢   We look forward to sharing the progress of this significant project by 011h for the developer Terra Green Living, a JV20 Group company focused on truly sustainable building using structural timber.
