Apartment transactions hit 3-year high

Seen here are apartment complexes on July 1, 2023. According to industry sources, the number of apartment transactions in Seoul reached 4,935 in May, the biggest monthly figure since May 2021, when it recorded 5,045, attributable to the decrease in residential mortgage rates and the upward trend in apartment prices.
