     Le malade prétend avoir, étant jeune homme, souffert d’accès de vertige qui duraient plusieurs secondes et pendant lesquels il avait comme le sentiment que tout son être se désagrégeait.

     The patient claims that, as a young man, he suffered from bouts of dizziness which lasted several seconds, during which he felt like his whole being was disintegrating.
