@Dragonman9001: I'm not sure how common it is. It sounds a little affected to me. It can be used in the sense that someone speaks a language fluently or is highly skilled in a profession: Perfektül beszéli az angolt. - S/he speaks perfect English. Panda10 (talk) 19:51, 7 January 2020 (UTC)
