"to be worth" treated separately?

I extended the senses under Etymology 3, and I just noticed that "to be worth" is already added under "Etymology 4" on its own. Is it certain that it needs to be treated separately? The meanings listed under Etymology 3 look diverse enough; I think "to be worth" might as well stay there. Thank you. I'm still unsure if it justifies separate treatment in Wiktionary. Yes, without doubt, a separate sense, but their meanings are connected (as admitted by the author), they are not mere homonyms.
