Gia Nghia is pronounced sort of like Zee-on-gee-ah. Very few foreign travelers come here, but the city is very nice, clean, and has good scenery.
Gia Nghia town has 19 ethnic groups living together including Ma, M'Nong, Thai, Nung, Tay, Muong, H'Mong, Kho Me, Dao, Gia Rai, Hoa, San Chay, Ede, Cho Ro, San Diu, San Chi, San Chay, Xe Dang, Kinh.
Weather Gia Nghia town has a rainy season lasting 7 months from April to October, dry season from November to March next year. The rainfall in the rainy season accounts for 80% of the annual rainfall.
