Welcome to Wikiversity, a wiki website where you are invited to participate and explore your learning goals. At Wikiversity you can participate in learning activities. Everyone is welcome to help create and develop the learning resources. Students and teachers are invited to join the Wikiversity Community as collaborators. If you do not have experience with wikis then you can get started editing with this tutorial. You can also click here to learn about wiki websites. To learn how Wikiversity relates to other Wikimedia Foundation projects such as Wikipedia and Wikibooks, checkout Wikiversity as a Wikimedia sister project. What is Wikiversity?

Wikiversity is a community for the creation and use of free learning activities and learning materials. We are dedicated to learning, teaching, research and service. Wikiversity's primary goals are to:

  • Be a fun community where you can explore and learn about your personal interests.
  • Create and host free learning materials for all age groups
  • Develop collaborative learning projects and communities
  • Learn by doing
  • Further the Wikimedia Foundation's vision and mission
