Add to the Interstate System Spur Route in Baton Rouge from a junction with I-10 northerly to a junction with U.S. Route 61 near Scotlandville. |

Approve as addition to the Interstate System from Baltimore designated as I-170 from junction of I-70N near Edmondson Avenue, easterly along the Franklin-Mulberry corridor to the vicinity of Fremont Avenue. |
