English: "Painting of Siva presenting the cakra to Viṣṇu.

The two gods stand facing each other on a platform. They are both four-armed with Siva holding damaru in his upper right and mrga in his upper left. With his two lower hands he profers the cakra to Viṣṇu. Viṣṇu holds his two lower hands towards Siva to receive the cakra and his upper right hand is waiting to take the weapon; his upper left holds the sankha. Siva wears the jata in which Ganga is seen; Viṣṇu is crowned.

On laid European paper watermarked with 'W. Thomas'."
