I don't understand why this user Otto4711 has been blocked. I don't know him from article work, but all I've read by him so far are very reasonable contributions in many discussions about categories, --Schwalker (talk) 19:40, 19 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

He used sockpuppets to evade blocks and to backup his own AFD nominations such as here Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/Rocky Horror songs. Tim! (talk) 08:40, 27 March 2011 (UTC)[reply]
