Who agreed to these wholesale changes?

I fundamentally disagree with some of the changes made on 14 and 15 May, just two weeks ago. Where was this discussed? Where has "exemplifies our very best work" gone? Who invented "A sound's encyclopedic value is given priority over its artistic value."?

So let me get this right: "because the performer is notable", a file passes the notability test? Great performers can play crappily. And they can play crappy music. This is weird. Tony (talk) 10:57, 30 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]
