Suspected sockpuppets


Odd editing on the article Tallia Storm, both above accounts are newly registered accounts yet show extensive knowledge of WP editing styles. LucyLucyBlack edits exclusively on that article, CloudHound like SchoolMarm edits on the articles of other up and coming models. I have a suspicion accounts may originate with Hartmann Media PR as both Tallia Storm and David Gandy(Also edited by SchoolMarm) have connections with Tessa Hartmann, and while other articles edited by The accounts may not have an obvious connection with Hartmann it can't be ruled out. 31.91.141.65 (talk) 21:49, 7 June 2015 (UTC)[reply]

Suspected sockpuppets


  1. I placed LauraLeeT (talk · contribs) as sockmaster, as I've been told by clerks in the past to label the oldest account as the sockmaster. Therefore, requesting Checkuser of the other three (3) likely socks, as they are all four (4) total accounts, active, now. WikiWonked, SchoolMarm100, PatsySchmatsy.
  2. Prior related sock investigation, at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/SchoolMarm101/Archive.
  3. 2nd prior related sock investigation, at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Walterlan Papetti/Archive.
  4. SchoolMarm101, previously blocked for one (1) month, for socking at block log link.
  5. Upon inspection of article talk page history for GA-nominated article, on fashion model David Gandy, I'm seeing a user with a conflict of interest, LauraLeeT (talk · contribs), with a self-disclosure, at DIFF.
  6. LauraLeeT (talk · contribs) = created user page with one-line-user-page-creation, at DIFF.
  7. WikiWonked (talk · contribs) = created user page with one-line-user-page-creation, at DIFF.
  8. SchoolMarm101 (talk · contribs) = created user page with one-line-user-page-creation, at DIFF.
  9. PatsySchmatsy (talk · contribs) = created user page with one-line-user-page-creation, at DIFF.
  10. LauraLeeT has self-disclosed conflict of interest on page about a fashion model. Other 3 accounts WikiWonked, SchoolMarm100, and PatsySchmatsy all appear to be WP:SPAs on topic of same exact subject = fashion models. See links: WikiWonked, SchoolMarm100, PatsySchmatsy.
  11. All four (4) accounts named above, have been active at exact same article page for fashion model David Gandy, at LINK.
  12. LauraLeeT stopped editing in 2012 = shortly after her conflict of interest, at LINK.
  13. All four accounts appear to be promotional / paid / advertising in nature, likely to avoid scrutiny of conflict of interest.

@Bbb23:Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Walterlan Papetti = took photos of subject David Gandy, and other fashion models, which were then placed into those articles and edited in promotional fashion, by the socks, above. In fact, Dr. Blofeld had even noted in an edit summary that the use of so many photos in such a manner seemed promotional, at DIFF. Even main photo in use in infobox is by Walterlan_Papetti, at LINK. — Cirt (talk) 00:38, 4 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
@Bbb23:I honestly hadn't looked into every single named account at Wikipedia:Sockpuppet investigations/Walterlan Papetti/Archive for possible correlations, here (yet), I just thought it was worth mentioning if Checkusers and admins wished to do so themselves, as part of a wider investigation into what appears to be organized paid editing and promotion. — Cirt (talk) 01:27, 4 November 2015 (UTC)[reply]
