The consensus from a previous RfD was to delete these sorts of length measurement redirects that point to a process article with a different number. I believe these are the rest of the redirects fitting that description, and I propose these be deleted as well. Mdewman6 (talk) 23:20, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Poison pill amendment

The result of the discussion was keep. clpo13(talk) 20:53, 9 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I believe this more typically refers to Rider (legislation) rather than its current target. Many "rider" amendments are not added to bills necessarily with the hope of getting legislation enacted that would not pass on its own, but rather as a "poison pill" to attempt to force supporters of the original bill to no longer be able to support it (or in the U.S., force a veto of the entire bill). Therefore I suggest retargeting to Rider (legislation). Mdewman6 (talk) 19:12, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

  • Keep The current target mentions the phrase as an alternate name; the proposed target does not mention the phrase at all. I don't see a reason to retarget. Mlb96 (talk) 06:50, 4 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
  • Keep a rider is something tacked on to a bill with the hope that the rider passes. A poison pill is tacked on to a bill with the hope that the entire bill fails, as discussed at Wrecking amendment. User:力 (powera, π, ν) 01:09, 7 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
    • Caveat my response is regarding United States English; the differences between US and UK English on topics of parliamentary procedure are so vast (the simplest example being the word "table" having opposite meanings) that it might be simplest to find a French phrase to use as the title. Delete Yes, the typography in this film excludes the horizontal bar from the capital A. But it is not appropriate to have this redirect, which uses the capital Greek letter lambda, only because they appear the same, given that the film has nothing related to lambda or any other letter in the Greek alphabet. Note there are a handful of other redirects that have this same issue, which I plan to nominate if this one reaches consensus to delete. UnitedStatesian (talk) 16:36, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

A link to a DAB page where the place in listed without the required WP:DABMENTION. Linked in B roads in Zone 5 of the Great Britain numbering scheme. Not mentioned in List of places in Cheshire. Delete, to encourage article creation if justified. Narky Blert (talk) 12:50, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

Leftover redirect from when Xus was accidentally moved to "Latromirus" (with quotes) before being moved to the correct Latromirus (without quotes) 90 minutes later. No value in keeping this. It didn't qualify for a WP:R3 speedy deletion because it resulted from a page move. TJRC (talk) 04:12, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was restore and move to Stop the Spread (Florida). Any editor may send this to WP:AFD. (non-admin closure) feminist ( ) 02:18, 10 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

The phrase "stop the spread" has been used in many public health campaigns (especially in recent times), not just Florida or the US. —AFreshStart (talk) 00:12, 2 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]

I support Thryduulf's proposed plan above. Mdewman6 (talk) 19:24, 3 November 2021 (UTC)[reply]
