This redirect is only linked to in two locations, and both use it as if it talked about a user being allowed to edit at all, but it actually redirects to different advanced permissions users can have. I think the redirect should be deleted, unless we have an appropriate page to retarget it to. Jackmcbarn (talk) 21:13, 13 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

That seems like a tangential mention to me. It's just saying what to do with the advanced permissions if a user gets blocked.
