- Nearly certainly not uploader's own work; see this discussion for evidence that the uploader has taken images from other sources, deliberately altered them using Photoshop or similar software, and then tried to claim them as his own work. (ESkog)(Talk) 05:24, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- This is my own work. The stadium is not yet in being (it is being built) and therefore a artistic image has been put up instead. You will find this nowhere.--Karyasuman (talk) 12:12, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]
- This is a photograph of a printed design study. You took the photograph, but you didn't make the poster you took the picture of, I assume.
If the original design study is available somewhere in decent quality, this could actually be an acceptable fair use image of the stadium article, if there are sources to discuss the design. Not for the gallery where it's currently used though. Amalthea 14:25, 16 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: speedy delete. Was already deleted as a copyvio (with no OTRS permission) on Commons a little over a week ago. The same speedy deletion rationale applies here. –MuZemike 20:58, 4 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- No source; appropriate size for being copied from a website; image can be found on a forum [1] - could qualify for WP:CSD F9, although the user could also have uploaded it to the forum himself if he has an account under the name 'Waterways' on the forum. If that was the case, the image would still not necessarily be free. Raywil (talk) 15:13, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The result of the discussion was: wrong venue, as an image that is explicitly marked as a non-free file. It needs to be listed at WP:IfD, if there is a dispute about the validity of the fair-use claim when we already have File:The Doors band members.jpg. Amalthea 23:11, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- File is waaaaay too big for a fair use photo, and another FU image of the band is already used in the Doors article. ʄɭoʏɗiaɲ τ ¢ 17:46, 3 January 2010 (UTC)[reply]

- Uploader claims he created the image himself, but from the looks of the image I doubt it. It's of web resolution, was never used, has no description, and I believe I've seen this image as part of a larger set before, but maybe I'm mistaken. Uploader didn't respond to my inquiry.
