The result of the discussion was Delete - ugh, I've agonised over this for a while (and apparently no one else is closing MfDs?), but ultimately, the image still strongly implies that the user is a preteen, and the reasons against advertising that are compelling. A recreated userbox that made it clear the user was somewhere between 20 and 13.7 ± 0.12 × 109 years old would still be permissable, if anyone wants to bother. WilyD 08:21, 7 February 2013 (UTC)
This is not the sort of userbox that we want to encourage children younger than 13 to post on their userpages. Rschen7754 09:05, 20 January 2013 (UTC)

Keepthis is just a sort of userbox for those users who are not teen anymore. Well, for those users younger than 13, it's their choice now. I don't see any problem with this userbox.Mediran (t • c) 11:02, 20 January 2013 (UTC) Delete, seems to imply under 13. --Nouniquenames 18:15, 20 January 2013 (UTC)

- Image still concerns (as brought up below). --Nouniquenames 04:22, 27 January 2013 (UTC)
Delete. There's nothing wrong with editors being under 13, but this userbox causes far more potential problems than any possible benefit it might have. If its intention is as suggested by Mediran, then the best solution would be to create a userbox saying "This user is no longer a teenager" or somesuch unequivocal wording. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 18:21, 20 January 2013 (UTC) Keep now that userbox has been corrected to avoid potentially dangerous ambiguity. --Demiurge1000 (talk) 16:39, 23 January 2013 (UTC)
- I was really implying that. I guess that "This user is no longer a teenager" or so whatever would be better than an implication that their are under 13 years. Changing to delete. Mediran (t • c) 08:51, 21 January 2013 (UTC)
- Delete with condition Whilever it implies that the user is under 13 delete, if it's changed per suggestion above then I see no reason to delete it. Callanecc (talk • contribs • logs) 09:00, 21 January 2013 (UTC)
- Delete As a parent, and having friends who are parents, I get very twitchy about under 13s advertising their presence on the internet. Ritchie333 (talk) (cont) 12:13, 21 January 2013 (UTC)
- Comment the contexts were already changed into "This user is no longer a teenager" by the creator. Mediran (t • c) 12:22, 22 January 2013 (UTC)

- Keep userbox is fine now. AutomaticStrikeout (T • C) 17:50, 23 January 2013 (UTC)
- Comment - the image still implies "not above 13" - Nabla (talk) 19:19, 25 January 2013 (UTC)
- Comment - why add this userbox saying "This user is no longer a teenager" as it's a duplication of the userbox saying "This user is an adult" or "This user is a young adult"? Are they the same thing? Mediran (t • c) 04:18, 27 January 2013 (UTC)
- Delete - the text now implies "over 19", but the image still mentions 13. I don't see any useful purpose for this. JohnCD (talk) 21:56, 27 January 2013 (UTC)
