- Keep. Citations are OK to pass WP:Prof for this field. Xxanthippe (talk) 02:36, 24 August 2020 (UTC).
- Weak keep. Considering his field, he does not have many citations; but adding to it that he received a prize [1] for his article "Time is money: a re-assessment of the passenger social savings from Victorian British railways", I believe it is enough impact to fulfill WP:NACADEMIC.
