Delete - A minor character and an article almost entirely dedicated to in-universe summary; the one non-primary reference is a bullet-point on a fansite episode summary page. I wouldn't oppose a redirect to List of Babylon 5 characters. WJ94 (talk) 15:41, 8 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Delete or selective merge to List of Babylon 5 characters because the LoC didn't follow WP:SUMMARY. Per the lead, it's a rarely seen character with some plot impact, so I could see it go both ways for his article. – sgeureka ^t•c 08:25, 11 November 2019 (UTC)[reply]
