For years, this has only been prodded, deprodded, etc. No expansion. The coverage (references, external links, etc.) does not seem sufficient to justify this article passing Wikipedia:General notability guideline and the more detailed Wikipedia:Notability (software) requirement.   • Speedy delete, which should have been done when it was first created. In my opinion, WP:G4 still applies to a recreation that contains no meaningful independent references when the previous article was deleted for failing notability, even if the text isn't precisely the same. The page as created was also eligible for speedy WP:G12 as a copyvio, so at the very least, the history needs revdeleting. SpinningSpark 12:48, 6 November 2018 (UTC)[reply]
