This article appears to be a literature survey with the purpose of drawing a conclusion, which falls under the definition of synthesis, a form of original research that is disallowed at Wikipedia. The article's author goes so far as to conclude that the literature is "inconclusive and inconsistent", but then goes on to make recommendations about diet changes anyway based on an unreliable source.
