- Delete. Although this journal is indexed on HeinOnline (see this source), it appears that this journal has been cited only twice by other law journals between the years 2007 and 2014 (see this link and sort by journal cites). Therefore, I think this article fails relevant notability guidelines. -- Notecardforfree (talk) 21:40, 13 December 2015 (UTC)
