- Delete – There are references in the article, but they are journal articles by the program's creators, so they are primary sources. The journal articles have been cited in other papers, but those citations generally seemed cursory and I didn't see any significant coverage of the program in external sources. I considered a redirect to Michael Hecht (communication scientist), but there were other leaders of the program so that seemed inaccurate. Drug Abuse Resistance Education might also be a redirect target, as the "keepin' it REAL" slogan from this program was later added to D.A.R.E., but I couldn't find a source that clearly connected the two programs.
