Only claim to fame is a leading role in an unreleased film, which I also nominated for deletion (see Wikipedia:Articles for deletion/No Means No (film)). Since the film will be released within 6 months, and that might cause this person to "become notable" as Wikipedia defines the term, I recommend an outcome of move to Draft:, with a requirement that it go through WP:AFC. Note that the film becoming "notable" does not mean this actor automatically becomes "notable" and vice-versa.
