You need to do some work to show how this is related to, but also different from Empowerment. You should provide a lonk to the Empowerment page (or section of the Leadership page) to allow people to see more information on that concept. There is an article that exists that compares self-leadership, shared leadership and superleadership. Try to find that as it will help you make some distinctions.
I started a reference page for you putting in the original Superleadership book. You will want to add the new book and atually cite info on Kelleher.
More citations are needed, and you need to cite the info in the examples section.
