We typically use review articles, major textbooks and position statements of national or international organizations (There are several kinds of sources that discuss health: here is how the community classifies them and uses them). After seeing the multiple warnings for copyright violation above, it seems clear that you either do not understand the problem or are ignoring it. It seems you have also been having problems understanding Wikipedia's requirements for material to be supported by citations to reliable sources. So please also read Wikipedia's policies on Verifiability and Reliable Sources before you make an an unblock request, and also explain how you will follow those policies if unblocked.
