- Sauli Niinistö signed the accession document 10 minutes ago, at 13:00 CET. It becomes official when he hands that document to Jens Stoltenberg about an hour from now. Just be patient, you will be right shortly! -- Patrick Neil, oѺ∞/Talk 11:53, 4 April 2023 (UTC)
- I understand sir. I now live in Metro Vancouver Canada but I have many family members and relatives in Malaysia and I come from Malaysia...as I said in my wikipedia profile. My family legally immigrated to Canada in 1989. When I first visited Malaysia in June 2017, I was surprised to find out that Malaysia was about 16 hours ahead of Metro Vancouver and the US Pacific coast states of California/Washington State. I guess people ahead of us in the Far East want to "jump the gun" so to speak and make an edit because time is so much further in their time zone. Best, --Leoboudv (talk) 23:51, 4 April 2023 (UTC)
...where you are getting that 1 more hour thing from? I am a bit confused. - L'Mainerque - (Disturb my slumber) - 12:17, 4 April 2023 (UTC)
- NATO twitter. It's actually down to 5 minutes now, though it looks like they're running late. The handoff ceremony is streaming live on NATO's website. -- Patrick Neil, oѺ∞/Talk 12:25, 4 April 2023 (UTC)

- @2A02:1406:4B:F9CC:0:0:E79:AF33 Sorry, what file/article are you talking about? Be sure to clear your personal web browser cache, the way Wikipedia works when files are replaced under the same name can mean your browser may not realize a new version is available. Native American data
[edit]I responded to you on my talk page. Maybe we should consult some actual Native American Wikipedia users (such as user Yuchitown) and ask them what do they think about this? Domen von Wielkopolska (talk) 21:11, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
TBH, these reverts appear to fall under WP:IDONTLIKEIT as no guideline/policy was brought up to explain the removals. Of course, if anyone wants to start a community discussion about them, feel free to proceed. Stefen 𝕋owers among the rest! Gab • Gruntwerk 21:25, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
- The policy here that I'd say is being violated is that of WP:SUMMARY and WP:NOTDATA, which was highlighted to the user previously on their talk page, which is the existing discussion where I've replied. Again, I don't see any evidence of an anti-Native American conspiracy here on Wikipedia, I just don't think these Wikipedia articles are the correct place for these additions. Thanks -- Patrick Neil, oѺ∞/Talk 21:35, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
- I've usually regarded WP:NOTDATA meaning to avoid large data dumps rather than summarizing data tables. Also, I'm not accusing anyone of a "conspiracy" but if we have refined ethnic breakdowns for states then there is no reason to discriminate when it comes to RS-confirmed Native American tribe breakdowns. Prose is more optimal but I don't think we have a strong reason to keep out the material ahead of a proposed community discussion. Stefen 𝕋owers among the rest! Gab • Gruntwerk 21:45, 2 September 2024 (UTC)
- If there is too much data I can always trim the table and include fewer tribes. Domen von Wielkopolska (talk) 21:53, 2 September 2024 (UTC)

What's up?
[edit]Why the revert? Why not one word of explanation? Lfstevens (talk) 02:17, 13 November 2024 (UTC)
- Sorry, just seemed like strange vandalism to me. In what world do the anecdotal thoughts of a school principal about "the kids today" and their vaping need its own paragraph on an article covering a U.S. state? That wouldn't even belong on the article about the given school, let along the school district, let alone the state the school is found in. Even if it was relevant, the text is an obvious close paraphrasing of that source article. The second paragraph in the Public schools section has a variety of facts and figures. If you can distill those five paragraphs to two sentences or so of concise facts that build off the existing information, then yes, that would be the place for it. Hope that helps! -- Patrick Neil, oѺ∞/Talk 13:04, 13 November 2024 (UTC)
