A tag has been placed on Andreína Gomes requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.

If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding hangon to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the page meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the page that would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the page does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that they userfy the page or have a copy emailed to you. Possibly unfree File:Stefania2107.jpg

[edit]

A file that you uploaded or altered, File:Stefania2107.jpg, has been listed at Wikipedia:Possibly unfree files because its copyright status is unclear or disputed. If the file's copyright status cannot be verified, it may be deleted. You may find more information on the file description page. You are welcome to add comments to its entry at the discussion if you are interested in it not being deleted. Thank you. --Hammersoft (talk) 16:04, 24 August 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Date linking

[edit]

In all of the new articles, which appear to have been template created, you're date linking, which generally isn't correct per WP:MOS, but more strangely, you're date linking every single piece of the link. For example: January 1, 2010. Why? Aside from linking generally, it doesn't help anyone to link to the number 1, or the month January. Can you change your template at the least? The article Germania Pimiento has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Not listed as a titleholder in the references; the Miss Venezuela webpage lists Mariangela Bonanni as Miss Tachira. Even if this article were legitimate, a local pageant winner probably lacks notability anyway.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the dated prod notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the article to address the issues raised. Removing dated prod will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. The speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion.  Glenfarclas  (talk) 09:29, 4 June 2010 (UTC)[reply]

The article Manuela Vieira has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

A search for references failed to find significant coverage in reliable sources to comply with notability requirements. This included web searches for news coverage, books, and journals, which can be seen from the following links:
Manuela Vieiranews, books, scholar
Consequently, this article is about a subject that appears to lack sufficient notability.

While all contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, content or articles may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the dated prod notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Autopatrolled

[edit]

Hello, this is just to let you know that I have granted you the "autopatrolled" permission. This won't affect your editing, it just automatically marks any page you create as patrolled, benefiting new page patrollers. Please remember:

 • This permission does not give you any special status or authority
 • Submission of inappropriate material may lead to its removal
 • You may wish to display the Autopatrolled top icon and/or the userbox on your user page
 • If, for any reason, you decide you do not want the permission, let me know and I can remove it
If you have any questions about the permission, don't hesitate to ask. Otherwise, happy editing! Acalamari 12:27, 6 February 2011 (UTC)[reply]

The article Yaisbel Arteaga has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Non-notable. Has only won a sub state-level pageant and of the two working sources, one is simply a contestant list and the other does not mention Arteaga.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

The article Estefani Araujo has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:

Miss Venezuela contestant articles

[edit]

Hello. As you can see, I've PROD'ed two of your articles over notability and significant coverage concerns, and numerous others I've redirected for the same reasons. It appears to me that you went through Miss Venezuela 2010 (as well as the 2009 article) and simply created articles for every contestant with little regard for notability and coverage, as most of these articles are on contestants that have won nothing notable and are sourced with contestant listings and sometimes articles that don't mention the subject at all. This is inappropriate, if not intentionally misleading. If you want to keep creating articles on beauty pageant winners or contestants, please make sure they are notable and that you provide legitimate coverage.  Mbinebri  talk ← 19:36, 17 May 2011 (UTC)[reply]

Hey Lavene, Just wanted to let you know that I saw that you created the new article Blanca Aljibes--However, I think the article seems to contain a few errors: the references in the article do not follow Wikipedia guidelines. While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. An automated process has detected that when you recently edited Miss Venezuela, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page Cojedes. Such links are usually incorrect, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of unrelated topics with similar titles. (Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.)

It's OK to remove this message. Also, to stop receiving these messages, follow these opt-out instructions. Thanks, DPL bot (talk) 06:02, 30 October 2021 (UTC)[reply]
