You need a summary/intro underneath the main heading and then Benefits and Drawbacks should be a main heading level. Remember we reviewed what the short, few sentence intro needs to do - define the concept and let us know why it is important (and maybe what it is in contrast to.)
You can menion in just the intro that this leadership style is different than Authoritarian or Laissez faire (and you might add a brief explanation of what each of these is in the sentence), but just lonk to the other Wikipedia Pages that other groups are working on that go into more detail about these rather than going into any detail. We can handle the lnking once everything goes "live." But just know these exist - You can go to the course page and look at the team's page working on leadership styles, and the group working on a parallel entry to yours - Authoritarianism.
When you talk about the benefits and positive outcomes, you should identify why these occur, that people feel valued and involved. (You can I am sure find a good citation and maybe say this more eloquently.)
Not sure I unedrstand what the Generalizations on Group effectiveness section is about and why it belongs on this page. If you keep it, you need to explain how it connects.
